Second Suspect Arrested in NY Poker Game Robbery
In connection to the same crime, three weeks ago, 35 year old William Delvalle, was released from custody. He had been arrested November 9th and was believed to be one of the three suspects in the robbery. City prosecutors however failed to meet the 144 hour deadline mandated by law, to win an indictment against Delvalle, and a judge ordered him to be set free on November 13th.
